Are your watches guaranteed authentic?

Yes, we stand by our authentic products and only associate ourselves with 100% genuine watches. All of our watches are sourced directly from authorised dealers only and are identical to you purchasing it from a high street store. abides by a strict policy and we do not associate ourselves with grey watches / replica watches.

How are you able to offer such competitive prices?

We source our watches directly from authorised dealers who are restricted by the brand on the discounts they can offer their customers. As an independent retailer of Swiss watches, we are not limited to the discounts we can offer our clients. We are an online based retailer which are free from large physical store overheads and therefor can reduce our margins to offer you incredibly competitive prices.

Through years of trading in the watch industry we have successfully formed partnerships with a number of authorised dealers allowing us to source any watch from our variety of Swiss watch brands. We are proud to pass these savings on to you.

Do your watches come with the original packaging?

Yes, all of our watches are unworn in box with papers and manufacturer’s contents. Our watches are sourced from authorised dealers only and are identical to you buying it from an high street store. (Serial number, warranty, certificates, packaging, manual, dealer stamp). Our timepieces are complete with a full manufacturer warranty, stamped by the authorised dealer.

Payment, Delivery & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

We use SagePay to process our credit/debit card (VISA, Amex or Mastercard) payments, however we offer alternative methods including Bank / Wire transfer, Escrow & Paypal. We do not accept card payments for purchases above £10,000.00, we only accept Bank / Wire transfer or Escrow for payments above £10,000.00 due to security reasons. This also applies to international orders. Please do not hesitate to get in touch should you wish to discuss payment options.


We unfortunately do not accept cheque payments.

Do you accept returns? operates on a 30-day refund policy. A refund will be honored if the watch / jewellery is returned in unworn, undamaged and un-tampered condition with all tags intact.

Unfortunately, bespoke jewellery custom made to your requirements and earrings for hygiene reasons cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are defective or faulty.

You must return the watch using an insured and tracked shipping service.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free insured shipping on UK orders over £2,500.00, all other UK orders incur a delivery charge of £25.00. For International orders we charge a flat fee of £35.00. We deliver using DHL Express or Royal Mail dependent on the shipment value and destination.

How long does delivery take?

Once you place an order with us a member of the team will immediately begin processing your purchase.

For in stock Watches & Jewellery, delivery is typically 3-7 working days throughout the UK and EU. International orders are subject to customs checks which may cause delays, however we ship using DHL Express Shipping which takes 4-8working days.

Bespoke Jewellery can take 1-3 weeks and we keep our clients highly informed during the manufacturing process.

If you purchase a watch or piece of jewellery which is currently out of stock, you can expect delivery within 2-3 weeks. A member of our team will keep you highly informed throughout the whole delivery process. We provide delivery notifications and tracking details on all orders which allows you to monitor your purchase progress.

Will my purchase be safe in the post?

We understand your concerns when having your newly purchased watch sent through the post.

A member of our team carefully inspects the watch before shipment and ensures the product is packaged safely and securely. only use reputable shipping companies; DHL / Royal Mail. Furthermore, all deliveries are tracked until signed for. We have shipped all over the World and have never encountered any issues when delivering watches.

I haven't received my parcel, what should I do?

If the guided delivery times have passed and you have not yet received your item, please contact us on [email protected] immediately. A member of will contact the courier to locate the parcel and provide you with an update.

I would like to order an out of stock watch, how long does delivery take? has the ability to order watches from our supported brands. If the watch you desire is out of stock, we may place this on special order and have the piece within 2-3 weeks, if not sooner. Please note that some manufacturers may incur further delays, however we will keep you updated throughout the entire process.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship Worldwide for a flat fee rate of £35.00. Using DHL Express Worldwide, delivery generally takes between 4-7 working days after dispatch.

Can I specify a delivery date?

Yes, if you would like to delay your delivery to a specific date we can schedule this for you. Simply contact us after placing your order.

Can I collect my purchase?

Unfortunately we are solely an online business and cannot offer watch / jewellery viewing appointments, however you are more than welcome to collect the item after full payment has been received.

Please note, due to security reasons we cannot offer collection in person unless payment has been made via Bank / Wire Transfer. Thank you.

How do I return my order?

If you would like to process a return please contact us immediately. A member of our team will be in touch to guide you through the returns process and provide shipping information.

Are there any incurred charges when returning an item?

If SwissTimepieces source the purchased watch and a return is later requested, we may deduct a 15% restocking and handling fee. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded however you will receive a credit note.
